The Breast Cancer Monologues

During 2003, MediaRites has been offering arts workshops to women dealing with breast cancer at Project Quest's Arquette Cancer Program, an integrative health center in Portland, OR. For many of the women, the BC-Rap writing workshops were the first time they could put into words their experiences with this disease.

One of the women at the retreat is also producing a photo exhibit called See Me Live, See Me Glow featuring women with breast cancer. One of the photos is featured here.
